Exhibitions don't need to be in galleries, they don't need expensive production. Vanishing Point is a DIY approach to putting photographs in the world, using liminal spaces.

Whilst in Tokyo I visited the fantastic small bookshop Flotsam. I loved rummaging through their zine selection. As I went to pay I got chatting to a designer called …. I told him I was starting a new zine publisher and he introduced me to Kanade who was working behind the desk and insisted I look at her zine (Vanishing Point vol.1). It was my favorite thing I had seen in the shop and I had missed it originally.

I told her I thought it was fantastic and a couple of days later I emailed her to ask if she would be interested in publishing some of her work with me. Kanade agreed and sent me some projects, one of the folders was of images of the continuation of Vanishing Point, I knew I wanted to add to this project and was thrilled to work on vol.2.
